Korea sounds like an interesting study of a technological explosion accessorized with cultural inertia. And yes, I’m sure shame-based monitoring has everything to do with the individualized power meters. Saving face is by far the primary directive in most far eastern cultures. “Fuk eu” can get ya shot on the street or your finger forcefully shoved into a wall socket!
